Meet Stevie Rifenberick, a true Chattanoogan at heart. Born in the vibrant city, she grew up traveling with her family in the Army, experiencing various places before finding her way back home in 2003. Since then, Chattanooga has been more than a location; It’s been the backdrop for Stevie’s life and where she’s raising her two children, Tristan and Ryleigh, alongside their Weimaraner, chickens and iguana. Beyond the world of real estate, Stevie embraces the outdoor charm of Chattanooga. Whether hiking through scenic trails, exploring new destinations, working out, or partaking in the multitude of local events, she finds joy in the dynamic lifestyle the area offers. Stevie also extends her passion for real estate into investing, bringing a unique perspective to her clients.

Meet Sydney Brewton, Executive Assistant, who is here to enhance the client experience by supporting The Stevie Rifenberick Team with client relations and the contract-to-close process. With a background of over 20 years in hospitality and administration, she has developed a passion for making personal connections and understanding the customer experience. She looks forward to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Greater Chattanooga and North Georgia area, while gaining an awareness of customers’ ever-changing needs and demands. Sydney will partner with clients every step of the way to ensure a positive and seamless transaction as well as excellent customer service. Her husband and two children, Vivian age eight and Oliver age two, relocated from Vail, Colorado in October of 2022 to make a new home for their family. She is thrilled to be in Chattanooga and a part of the Stevie Rifenberick Team, and she can’t wait to meet you!
